Hi, please see video below. You will notice a light tapping sound in my 1978 Holden Kingswood with approx. 235,000 kilometers on it. The engine only seems to do this when it's been allowed to cool down (in the video, about 5 hours has past since the engine was shut off). Other than that, it doesn't make the tapping noise. Is this a worn bearing/rod knock?
I have the engine scheduled to be rebuilt in February, but should I perhaps push for it to be done sooner? NOTE: The engine is obviously idling in the video.

Push it before a bearing let's loosen you get a hole in your block
