I have a 2018 Infiniti Q60 coupe with 20,0000 miles. I recently have an issue with both my doors, when it gets too hot outside my power locks and windows won't roll up or down I've taken it to the dealership and they've changed out the power switch and it still does it . I will say I did Tap into a wire in the door and accidentally cut it a little would that have anything to do with it .

Yes. You should go back over your work to find the problem.
