Hey I got a 2005 Honda Civic ex with 162,800 miles. Whenever I turn on my A/C, the power steering goes out. I’ve replaced the Ps pump, didn’t help at all. I know that the power steering pump, and the AC are driven by two separate belts. What could it be?

Well you can have a bad power steering rack and the pump sends the pressure there if it's stopped up it builds up pressure and will make the engine stall
Thank you Scotty I appreciate it! Do you recommend a specific brand rack I should get?

If you don’t want to buy the OEM one, try to find one that’s made in Thailand.
