I was curious if I could add power steering to my 98 Honda Civic cx D16y7 engine and did not come with power steering. I was wondering if I could add it and how much I would be looking at for cost if I could. The car has about 306,000km. Thank you

I don't think it is a good idea since it is a small engine and you do not want to strain that engine especially with high mileage.

it’s probably going to cost you more than what the car is worth. If you really want power steering I would put that money in buying a car with power steering.
