I have power steering fluid on top of my pump . But I have fluid that have spilled over other components too. I don’t know if it a hose or something?

You left out a few details.
Assuming the reservoir cap is on tight and not leaking you probably have a leaking hose. Clean up the fluid and use some UV dye to help find the leak source if it's not otherwise obvious.
