I've got a '21 Rav4 XSE hybrid. In reading through the owner's manual I discovered that there is a 'power window down' feature that can be operated by the key fob. The trouble is the manual says I must go to a dealer to have it activated. I'm assuming there'd be a charge for this service.
Is there any way that I can activate the feature using Launch Creader 529 OBD II scanner?
Why didn't Toyota make this feature a default feature like I had in my 2003 Honda Accord EX?
Keep up the great videos. You're better to watch than Netflix.

Do you really need it? Or is it a ‘good to have’ feature?
