I'm not well informed on the price for work. How much should I expect to be get charged for a flex pipe and resonator? It's an 08 malibu, I know it's got a hole in the flex pipe and the resonator is gonna fall apart once you take it off.
Call around and ask it's going to vary from shop to shop

Well a shop I'm close with said they charge 220 and I went to another shop which I never go to but wanted to see what they would charge and they said 300 but after negotiating they said they would do 200. I want to go to the first place because I trust they more and they do better jobs but I think since they gave me the lowest price in the beginning I would rather give them my business. I just really wanted to know if 220 is a fair price or if I should try to lower them down. I just don't want to get on the bad side of the shop by trying to draw down the price because I'm close with them.
