Problems With Cooling fans when turning on AC - 1988 Toyota Camry 2.0 3sfe

When I turn on the AC , both fans turn on at low speed for 45 seconds, but then the (driver side) condenser fan turns off and the (passenger side)radiator fan goes at full speed by itself.

I already changed the Radiator fan switch.

I am thinking its the Ect Or the Temperature sensor sender for the gauge.

To me it is more electronic issue and it is anticipated for an old car. If the car does not overheat, just leave it alone.

If i let idle with the radiator at high speed , it will overheat, because the other fan isn't on.
I want to add a cooling fan with a relay and direct button. But that will damage my 70 amp alternator.

Here is a suggestion: Connect the fans directly to a switch and manually control them.

Won't that damage my battery or alternator, they won't last that long.
Do i connect it directly to the battery.
