Problems with power steering

Hello, I have a 2000 Ford Ranger with 159,000 miles Automatic. The issues it's having is that the there's a whining noise coming from the pump when I turn. When it reaches either of the side locks. It makes a noise like fan blades grazing  something its louder than the whine. The steering is not hard, however there's a vibration in wheels when turning. The fluid level is where's supposed to be and no leak.

I have a video if it helps

21 year old vehicle, new power steering pump.

So it can't be the rack right cause it's not hard when i turn. Also, all i see are remanufactured pump can't seem to find reasonable priced new pumps

Remans are OK but get one with a limited lifetime warranty.  Keep your receipt.

If it’s the pump -

Same part number for the V6 & 4cyl -
