2001 Ford F-350 6.8 V10Triton.
Rebuilt engine @290k miles. 19 miles on new build. Sat for three years. Whats the break “in oil” period before the first oil change? What should I know about this engine and it being rebuilt?

Since it's sat for 3 years I would go ahead and change it now because of possible condensation. Change it again according to the recommendation of the engine re-builder/manufacturer.
