Need advice on if a 2017 ford fusion energi titanium with about 25k miles on it a good car to buy.

If you only want to keep them for couple of years (less than 100k), it should be an Ok car.
Although there are better choices out there.

I wouldn't buy a Ford car today simply because they quit making cars (what, 2 left, Mustang and... can't remember!). Potential issues (Ford policy stuff etc) down the road when a problem occurs with them.
