- Hello Scotty. I just picked up a diesel truck through a small dealer. The truck i picked up is a 2018 Ram 2500 slt 4x4 diesel truck. 44,000 miles. Whats your opinion on these trucks and engine? Anything I should be concerned about? Thank you, Jesus 🙂 🙂

Okay I'm not a Dodge fan but the diesels when they were coming diesels were excellent trucks. But unfortunately most of the diesels they are using now are Italian engines from Italy and they have had a history of unreliability.so do a little research on the engine that's in your truck to find out
