Hi Scotty I'm helping out my mom to buy a car, we found a 2012 Nissan Murano it has 95,000 miles, just wanted to hear your honest opinion on these, how good are they, are they reliable? Please help me
Stay away from those, especially at that mileage, if you intend to drive the vehicle a lot.
Honestly the CVT transmissions go out on those around 100-120k miles they aren't worth your time I would look elsewhere.
My Advice is: DON"T
Watch those videos. I have to say that Nissan have bad reputation of reliability because of the crappy Jatco transmissions. Never buy Nissans.
Price pending and fluid condition of the cvt will make a big difference. Those years Murano’s weren’t as bad as others. As long as the price isn’t to high it could be a good deal I would just try and get it checked and scanned first
