Just gas up if you're low on gas and don't do it again. The catalytic converter isn't designed for oil, it's optimized for gasoline, and the heavier hydrocarbons in the oil will eventually be fatal to the catalytic converter if you keep adding it. Catalytic converters are good for the lifetime of the car, and buying a new one costs a pretty penny (over $1500 for the converter alone).

Your check engine light may or may not come on, depending on how sensitive the emissions side of your car is.

they recommend using it everytime you fill up

if your car needed oil in the gas, it would already be in it.

You are fouling up sensors and prematurely killing your catalytic converter

No don't do anything as long as you have plenty of gas it's perfectly fine. I personally put MMO in my gas in my 2007  hond civic, my lawnmower and in my chainsaw and they stay running beautiful every day. It's actually made to mix with the gas and they recommend using it everytime you fill up. It's also made to put in with your oil in the crank case and your powersteering pump and it's even ok to mix in with your automatic transmission fluid in any automatic transmission.I quit using 2 cycle oil in my big sthil chainsaw I just mix my premium 93 octain gas with 20% more marvel mystery oil than the recommended amount of 2-cycle oil in with the gas and it runs beautifully. I put it in my boat to I almost forgot. Lol! I put it in everything that has a engine!
