Hey Scotty I have an 99 Altima with 147,000 miles. I recently just changed my spark plugs thanks to your video and I took it for a test drive and it had no misfires or anything ran really good except when I got around 5k rpms there was a squeak almost like a scratch or screech sound. I also changed my spark plug wires. Could it be a belt that does that?

Yes you can have a squeaky belt. Where is the noise coming from?
