Hey Scotty, I drive a 2012 5.0L F-150 that is rear wheel drive with 4x4 capability. I have 110k miles and have never changed the transmission fluid on the since I got it at 60k miles. Should I go ahead and switch it out with new fluid or leave it as is and what fluid to use if I need to do it. Thanks for your help

Yes. If you don't change it, the filter will get plugged up and the transmission will stop working.

It would be a good idea to change out the transmission fluid. Just do a simple drain-and-fill, do not flush out the fluid. Use OEM genuine Ford transmission fluid - the owners manual should say exactly what type your truck calls for.
