Do Ester based synthetic oils, like Motul 300V, that are used in racing, lubricate better than PAO synthetics?
Is there a downside to em besides more frequent oil changes?

I would recommend researching Bob the Oil guys stuff. He has tested and compared oils for years. He would be the right person to consult for this. Always go to an expert!
