hey Scotty in my 92 galant when it’s at operating temp, I feel the top hose is soft and not hard. What’s the issue it doesn’t overheat.Thanks

It's rubber, it will be soft. When it warms up, it will be softer due to increase in temp.

Might have air bubbles in the coolant or not enough coolant. Was thinking thermostat stuck closed but you said its not overheating. Make sure its really up to temp... but if its not causing any issues I wouldn't worry too much.
