Hi Scotty,
I recently replaced the radiator in my car and found that it leaks between the plastic tank and the core when standing overnight but not when the car is warmed up/ during driving it.

The radiator is defective. Return it for refund or exchange if possible.

Always try to buy parts with a limited lifetime warranty. Sounds like they made yours on a Friday afternoon.
