Does this really work?

Eco OBD2 fuel saver

i tried pasting the link but it won’t take. That’s the name of the device tho. They say it works for any vehicle. 35% fuel savings.

NO.

Total snake oil and might even damage the electronics in your car. If it was that simple, manufacturers would already be doing it. They're doing all kinds of crazy crap (cylinder deactivation, auto stop/start, variable voltage alternators) to eke out a fraction of a mile per gallon improvement to meet CAFE standards. You can bet your sweet bippy they'd be all over a mod that could significantly improve mileage.

This has been discussed numerous times already if you do a search on this forum, but short answer is No.
