I have a 2003 ram with a 5.7 hemi 250,000 mi on it intermittently when slightly accelerating it will have a random misfire my scan tool says it's number one cylinder two cylinder three cylinder and four cylinder what could cause the first front cylinders to randomly misfire I did plugs and wires just a few short months ago

A loss of compression , possibly due to leaking head gasket.
If it was a blown head gasket it wouldn't be intermittent right
only a compression test will say for sure
I'll give a go this weekend thanks
