Ram suspension squeak

Looking for some hints here. I have a 2018 Ram 1500 4X4 with approximately 56000 miles. In the last few months it has developed a horrible suspension squeak. I can't narrow it down to a side but it seems to be from the front end. Going over any bump, large or small, turning or straight it will squeak. It is really annoying, it drives great but it sounds like my last truck at a 150K miles. I have tried to lubricate the joints and knuckles with a spray grease, but no luck. It is a 4X4 but it has never been off road. I was in some deeper water during our last huricane here in Florida. That is the only thing I can think of, I am open to any suggestions.  Thanks in advance

+1 for stabilizer bar (and/or bushings).

I tried to look up whether the bushings on your truck can be swapped out (which is an easy project) or whether the whole bar comes as an assembly that would need to be replaced (some Fiat-Chrysler products have separate bushings, but for some vehicles the bushings are not accessible and you have to replace the bar and bushings as a whole assembly).  The stabilizer bar end links also are cheap and easy to do yourself.

If it was me, I would probably replace the bushings (if possible) followed by the links, and see if that does it.  But if you have to replace the whole assembly, that's much more expensive and I wouldn't do it unless a pro confirmed that was the problem.

PS: unfortunately, spray grease often does not stop squeaks, even if you treat the culprit part.  Also, if there is any rust at all, any of those jobs will be a real bear if you don't have/borrow an impact wrench.

Good luck, and welcome new member!

I have tried to lubricate the joints and knuckles with a spray grease,

please list all the joints you tried lubing.

Don't forget the stabilizer bar.
