Hey everyone, I have a 2004 Ford Ranger with a 3.0 V6 with a manual transmission. It has 164,000 miles on it. I have a random misfire code P0300. I changed the sparkplugs, distributor, and distributor wires. It ran fine for a couple of days but started acting up again. I noticed that one wire, which connects the wiring harness to the distributor, is bent. Also, when I bought the truck a few months back (it was running fine until a few weeks ago), it came with a K&N air filter kit with an intake tub included. We installed the OEM air filter and intake tube, but they are still the same problem. The mass air flow sensor seems used because it has a purple mark. Before I buy a new mass air flow sensor, what would you recommend, and what other procedures should I do? I attached the freeze frame data. I appreciate the help!
