i noticed on my car that my rack and pinion was leaking in the boot...so I was wondering if there are any good tutorials on how to put a seal kit in one..... because I can't hardly afford right now to buy a new one and I can save $100 just doing it myself. Maybe you all have a link to a good step by step tutorial. Thanks
For us to even attempt finding that kind of information would require you to at least tell us what kind of vehicle you're dealing with.

A quick search doesn't come up with anything specific for the Neon other than replacing the rack. (Many manufacturers consider steering racks to be non-serviceable and don't even have rebuild instructions in their shop manuals.) Per the rockauto.com database that steering rack appears to be specific to early and mid-2000s Neons and not used in other Chrysler products.
There are videos on youtube showing how to rebuild various steering racks. One of those may help though it would not have specifics for your vehicle. Same for generic how-to pages such as the following:

You may find there is corrosion in the rack's hydraulic cylinders. If that is the case new seals alone won't fix the leak.
