I have a 1999 ford f150 and it has some interior and paint damage. It is an automatic trans v6 engine and has 364,684.8 miles on it all original parts has not had the valves adjusted. Is this a good truck. Has been my daily driver.

I think you answered your own question. BTW, congrats on making it into the 300,000+ mile club (from a fellow ‘member’).

I was getting oil change the other day. A customer in front of me told the receptionist his 1999 F150 had 512,000 miles.
