2011 Honda Honda Civic LX is making a rattling noise when I turn the wheel (usually at cold start) when I turn the wheel all the way.
I mostly notice it when I am reversing out of my parking spot .
I have been looking online around YouTube and the most common response is it’s the belt tensioner . What do y’all think?
here’s a YouTube link with my noise . (I am turning the wheel right and left in the video)

Open the power steering reservoir to see if there is air in the system.
If there is no air in the system then you might have a worn out power steering pump.
I had gotten the power steering pump checked and mechanic said it was ok .
The mechanic also recommended to change the tensioner but he was iffy about it .
