Hey Scotty. Been a fan of yours for years. I have a 2019 Polo 1.0 Tsi which seems to make a metallic rattling noise under moderate to hard acceleration. The sound comes from the gearbox side of the engine. Dealership says it's a "normal noise".

Yeah it's normal for those piles of junk unfortunately you bought the wrong car Volkswagen quality's been going downhill for years and they often say oh that's normal. I assume it didn't make it when the car was new proving that it's not what should be accepted as normal but if Volkswagen won't fix it free they'll have to live with it
