I have a 2019 Honda Civic sport 2.0l 4 cylinder engine with 25,000miles. How much would it cost to turbo charge it?

Why didn’t you buy a turbo Civic to begin with?

Would be SO much cheaper.

Exactly!

I just think a lot of people don't really know how much goes into turbocharging a car that's built N/A. A lot of labor and material, plumbing all the hoses... that's why Scotty always says supercharge instead.....you can bolt those on, but turbos are complex.

I'm guessing you mean just turbocharge it and not go crazy and go for big numbers.

That said, you'll need a lot of parts. You'll want to need up the engine internals, get a fuel system to support what you want to do, the actual turbo kit, a dyno tune, better clutch, beef up the transmission....if you wanted a turbo it would have been cheaper to buy one already done as @InThrustWeTrust said. Realize also that there is a lot of tweaking that gets done on an aftermarket turbo system. It is an ongoing maintenance item and you need different spark plugs, etc. as well.

Just to take a N/A Civic and put a decent turbo on it, tune it, and get it running right you are looking in the vicinity of $20k.

And yes, I'm talking about new, warrantied parts done correctly and professionally. A lot of guys will tell you they did a turbo setup for half that using eBay parts. Those same guys are wrenching on their cars all day because of constant headaches. If you use used parts, all bets are off when it comes to reliability which is the Civic's strong point. So to keep that, you need quality parts that you know the history of....a.k.a. new parts.

Also note: you'll void your engine, transmission, and many other warranties from Honda as they did not design the car to be turbocharged. I've not had any Civics as new as yours come through for turbochargers as most people like to keep their warranty and then go nuts once it is up. But that's up to you.
