I own a 2007 mercedes s65 amg. The rear engine seal is leaking.  Are there any oil additives that may stop or slow down the leak?

Any additive is going to be a temporary bandaid at best if it works at all. Those additives work by swelling rubber seals that are basically intact but have hardened and shrunk a bit. The best chance of success would be if you have just a little bit of weeping. A major leak would indicate a damaged seal and no additive is going to help with that.

If you want to try your luck Scotty has reported some success with ATP AT-205 "Re-Seal".
