Rear heater doesn't work on a 2010 Lexus rx350

Scotty help. I've looked everywhere on the internet but can't seem to find any thing about the issue I'm having. I have a 2010 Lexus rx350 the rear heater that is on the floor under both the driver and passenger seats will not work. When I flip the air system mode to feet only. It works just fine in the front and blows the heat on your feet. But for the back it is supposed to switch from the air vents coming out of the center console to the feet heaters located under the driver and passenger seats. But nothing happens. The center console air turns off and the passengers in the back have no heat at all. Could this be a fuse related issue? If so is it one of the big master fuses that are like $75-$150 dollars. In the fuse box?

I doubt it's a fuse related issue those big fuses would blow a lot more than just that more often it's the actuator that doesn't send the heat correctly and you have to take apart all the ductwork and everything in the back to see what it going wrong or pay a guy like me who has the Lexus dealer level computer where you can do buy correctional tests to see if the actuators are indeed bad without taking it apart
