Looking at going with the Bilstein 5100s what are your opinions on these? Haven’t used Bilsteins yet, I’ve  used ranchos in the past. Are the bilsteins decent for towing? Any increase in handling?  I have heard their quality is top notch. Or if there’s a brand you think is better let me know. I appreciate it. Truck is not lifted or anything.

If you don't mind the price they are excellent shocks

@scottykilmer thank you sir, I’ll get the Bilsteins 👍

When I was looking at shocks a years ago for my truck I narrowed it down to the Bilstein 5100’s and Fox Shocks and went with Fox (specifically Fox Performance Series 2.0) since they were a little better for my application (off-roading).  In any event, both are considered good at least in terms of quality, but the Fox were more $$ than the Bilstein (but you get what you pay for).  I did find this link which gives pros/cons of each shock:  interestingly, they recommended Falcon for towing (which are also good shocks)

But seems Bilstein 5100’s are recommended by some for towing, so maybe you have nothing to lose:
