Are 2005 and 2004 chrysler better then 2005 and 2004 buicks
Clarification: you have vehicles in mind or are you asking in general?
2000 Chrysler LHS
And
2000 Buick LeSabre
Buick is actually decent in reliability out of the GM line up. Chrysler is owned by the Italian and French.
That’s not a good combination.
If it were me I’d pass on both.
If I had to choose I’d buy the Buick.
As long as the Buick got a clean bill of health.
Chrysler was under Daimler ownership from about 1998-2007. The Italians (Fiat) and French (Peugeot) were out of the picture back then.
@Daywalker correct but if he needs any specific work done involving OEM. It’s even worse now.
Buick is way better than Chrysler.
The 2000 Buick LeSabre has the same powertrain (pretty stout and reliable 3.8L Series II 3800 V6 engine mated to the 4-speed 4T65-E transmission) as the Buick Park Avenue. Between the Buick and Chrysler, go with the Buick. Be sure to have a mechanic thoroughly check it out first and give the OK before going through with the purchase. Although at 21+ years old, be aware the plastic, rubber, seals, etc. may need to be replaced, and some of the electronics may not all be working.
The Buick is much better.
I would pass on both. Of the 2 the Buick would be better.
