Hey Scotty I have a 1995 Chevy blazer with 239,000 miles on it. The transmission has been slipping and doesn’t engage when it gets hot. Is it worth replacing or fixing the transmission. HELP

If you can get a decent price on a transmission and the Blazer is in good shape otherwise then why not.

Probably not. How much will it cost?
Rebuild around 350 - 400
Brand new one over 1000 and that doesn’t including having it put in
That's suspiciously cheap. ok so add another, let's say roughly $1k for installation. That's around $1400 total. If the Blazer body and engine are in good condition, and I couldn't afford a new vehicle, then I might consider it.
