Hey scotty, i am a student. Can i buy rebuilt 2013 civic ran over 140,000 miles for 6000$. The seller says it has damage on the trunk. It runs great and inspected with a professional ?

Buying a car with a rebuilt title is a very bad idea. You may have trouble insuring and registering it. You can't believe anything the seller tells you. It seems highly unlikely that it would have been declared a total loss just due to a damaged trunk.

You don't even know if your insurance company will write a liability policy on this car. NO!
