- Hey scotty, I have a 2005 Honda Civic 1.6L which has 40,000km on the odo. Since I use this car rarely (about 1500Miles a year), how often should I change oil. And should I use semi or fully synthetic or mineral oil. I live in a place where winters are short and very mild, most of the year it’s quite warm.
