I have a 2002 ford f150 and i just installed a new ac pump and a dryer system. I placed 9 oz of PEG in the pump befor I installed it. My question is... Do i have to put anymore PEG into the system durring the recharge of the freeon proccess?

How much PAG oil does your AC system call for? There should be a sticker under the hood calling out the amount of refrigerant and oil required. If it calls for more oil spread the remainder out between other AC system components.
Spin the compressor crankshaft by hand several times to help lubricate the internal parts and distribute the oil before operating the AC.
