Hi Scotty, hope you’re doing well. What  aftermarket parts brand are you going with for Japanese cars especially Hondas, thank you

Which specific parts are you referring to? Engine accessories? Sensors? Suspension?

Suspension and brakes .. brakes I kinda figured it out( Akebono)- thanks for your feedback though

For rear struts, KYB makes excellent gas struts. You also have the option of Bilsteins -

Thank you very much, I’ll go with KYB . Have a great day 👍

No worries, all the best.

For brakes, Akebono.

For suspension:

Good - Tein

Better - KYB

Best - Bilstein

Thanks for your feedback, very helpful stuff

You're very welcome!

Denso. Denso. Denso.

that’s fir Honda.

Is there any specific website where I can dig in ? Thanks for your feedback

TBH, I just picked that tidbit up from mechanics fixing my car. I didn’t realize Denso was also owned by Toyota. Even though Honda uses them for components.

Aisin is the other company I would use to.

BTW, if suspension is your issue, KYB all the way. I replaced both my Accord and Prius with KYB. Also based on recommendation from my mechanics. That opinion also coincides with Scotty, IIRC.

Thanks, I will go with KYB , just found out , they have good reputation.. have a wonderful day.
