I have a 2012 honda accord 4 cylinder 2.4L with 107,000 miles oil leaking from the VTC valve. I went on to try and removed it but its stuck. I could not get any leverage to remove it. I was getting the feeling it might snap if pull the electrical tab any harder and eventually get stuck inside the block. I am trying to replace the o-ring. Any suggestions what tools/techniques I can use to remove? Thank you so much.
Well unfortunately with those plastic ends on the device they will often break when you take them off a lot of times I just tell people like probably wiggling it turning it if it breaks then you just grab it with vice grip needle nose pliers and twist it out and replace the whole assembly with the o-ring
