what ball joint kit I need

I would head on over to your local parts counter, or reliable online parts vendor like rockauto.com, and provide your vehicle details to find out what you need.

all attachments needed

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by attachments.

Turn your wheel all the way to one side and get a good look at how it's assembled. Take a look at the service manual that Chuck posted. There should be step by step instructions. Make sure you have the tools.

Then just look at the available parts and make sure it's all there.

There's a decent amount of miles on your truck. If you haven't already, check on everything else down there since you'll be shoulder deep in the suspension anyway. (wheel bearings, control arm bushings, steering linkage, shocks and mounts, lower control arms, etc..)

Have you checked the service manual for that vehicle?

I suggest following MMJ’s advice if you follow through with the control arms. Also being an owner of a high mileage 2001 Tundra (now 350k+), I bit the bullet and had the front end overhauled. The front end wasn’t terrible, just everything well worn with ~270k miles. Truck’s front end handling and response was near like new and I don’t regret my $investment one bit. Advice after that, use quality parts and at least do a health check on your engine and tranny before investing the $ in the front end. Good luck.
