Replaced iac valve 2002 odyssey. Coolant bled and idle relearn done and throttle body cleaned idle still surges after put into park.

Well if it all happened after you replaced the valve could be you got a bad valve. If it's not original equipment I would question a Chinese made one for sure. But you of course shouldn't look out for vacuum lakes to make sure all the gaskets are new and nothing's leaking and there's no vacuum leaks on the car cuz that'll make it surge
Its valve number 2 and both made in the USA by Standard. No vacuum leaks
