Cheap and quality are antonyms. Given that every time you drive at night, the only thing preventing you from crashing and possibly dying is your headlights. Don't skimp on them. Sylvania makes headlights for all kinds of different cars. I buy them for my '79 Pontiac.
You might be able to get good used OEM headlights from a junkyard off a car wrecked from the rear.
