Hi Scotty and Team, I have a friend that has a 2016 Chrysler Pacifica with a 3.6 liter engine with the start stop system. My friend is doesn't hear well. She left the car key on-and the car was running off and on for 20 hours in her garage. When she called me all the dash lights were flashing when she tried to start the car. I Found the Both battBones at 5 volt
I charged the batteries, the batteries held at 12.5 volts. I checked the obi codes and I WAS Unable to reset the computer. i had her go to the Chrysler garage they printed-out TWO pages of codes most of them were for the low battery voltages. They also were unable-to clear the codes.
Have you run across anything like this
Thank You
Bill
Check the battery with a proper battery scanner.
Reset the codes with the engine off, ignition on. If there is a problem, obviously the CEL won't turn off so check the codes and meanings.
