I recently plugged my brand new Code Reader into my 2004 Lexus ES330 and after fumbling around with the device I accidentally erased on existing codes.
Now when I try to start the car it just clicks rapidly. The battery is only reading 11V. Did I do a bad? Is there a fix?

Get a jump start and check the alternator output at idle. Should be about 14.5 volts.

clicking and low voltage are clear signs that you ran your battery down playing with your new toy.
Boost it from another vehicle or plug it into a charger.
