Hi Scotty, I saw one of your recent videos. Did cars really have rev limiters back in the 60s? I'd like to know how they worked. Did they keep the engine from going into the redline or max rpm back then?

We're back in the 60s they actually had mechanical limiters that would only let the engine or transmission spin so fast and then it would stop it that was long before the modern electronic ones
