Hi there,
I have a 2004 Dodge Neon automatic with 140k miles on it. It has no error codes and everything is fine, it even runs and drives, and goes in reverse if it's pushed while in neutral. It does not work in reverse. I remember the last time it worked I kept shifting from drive to reverse to jerk it out of a place, and I got out of there, and that seemed to have worn out that part completely. Is it worth repairing or should I just get a new transmission? Please help, I'm not too mechanically savvy, only a homeowner.
Thanks,
Almypal
