No car is an investment. You didn't state important information such as the model etc. but in general no don't buy a Jaguar.

As a weekend toy, maybe. But if you want to use it as an every day driver, I wouldn't advise you getting it. Too expensive to repair if anything breaks in it or whatever. Again, if only used a weekend toy, it wouldn't be that bad as long as you're extremely conservative with it.

Cars are rarely investments. Why?
An investment makes you money. A car usually costs you money.
Very few cars make you money.
