You need a new engine which will cost a lot more than a nearly 19-year-old Sentra is worth.
Update the engine bearing on cylinder 4 was the problem and it didn’t do much damage I heard knocking I was like oh boy here we go at least someone was kind enough to help me push the car into a parking lot to have it towed and called for a tow

If it were me, I'd get an ATK motor and another 19 years out of it.
