Exhaust fumes on my 2008 Lexus gs350 smells like rotten egg when I accelerate while the window is rolled down, any reason for this? And how do I make it stop

If you smell from the exhaust pipe, the Cat is going bad. Do you have any code on the dash?
No code atall, does it mean I have to change the cat?
That's good. Do not change the cat. First change the gas station and see what happens.

Could be bad gas from the gas station you are using or it could be the cat failing.
It's the sulphur that you're smelling.
