hello Scotty I have a 2020 Honda Civic ex 2 door coupe 4 cylinder 1.5 turbo I love how it rides and has great pick up however when it sits idle at red lights the car rumbles and shakes at times on mechanic told me it’s normal one guy told me I need motor mount is it normal for a rough idle thanks

It’s wayyy to early to need a motor mount on a brand new vehicle. It’s absolutely not normal.
Did you buy it brand new or used?
It should still be under factory warranty, so take it back to Honda & have them fix it for free.
