Hey Scotty, I have a 2007 Rav 4. At 110,000 miles I had to change the battery. After that, the engine would idle rough at a stop sign when the AC kicked on. It never stalled or died but idled rough. The dealership said they needed to reset something in the computer and it cost me $129. Did I get scammed?
I'm sure I didn't. I will have to go through the OM to find out what the procedure is. Thanks!

Did you follow the correct idle relearn procedure for your make and model? Everything you change the battery it resets the ecu and if you don't follow the correct relearn procedure it won't idle correctly and maybe not even shift correctly.

I would give it some time to recalibrate.
I would also make sure the A/C clutch hasn't failed.
